本印刷机械主要机构性能：
◆前缘送纸系统，适应各种瓦楞的纸板、高速、精确。全触摸屏电脑控制，快速换单，操作便捷。
◆整机电器元件采用国际知名品牌、PLC控制，具有归零定单储存记忆功能。
◆所有传动齿轮均匀斜齿轮，采用高频淬火，部分采用渗碳处理，经磨齿，研磨，喷淋润滑，从而大大提高了传动精度和使用寿命。
◆主要传动轴及关键部分采用免键式连接，保证了印刷套印精度。
◆机油自动平衡装置，保证各单元油面平衡。
◆开槽组箱长，箱宽，箱高采用PLC控制变频器定位，定位精度高。
◆模切胶辊左右摆动系统和速差补偿装置，保证刀模尺寸不变，大幅延长模切胶垫的寿命。
◆所有传动轴，棍材质均为优质钢，高精度，动平衡校正，镀硬铬处理，表面研磨。

◆Mould slicing rubber roller left and right swing system and speed difference compensation equipment, guarantee mould size not change,prolong using life of mould slicing rubber mat.
