◆加热板表面研磨处理：高145×宽600，可选10、14、18、20块配置。（可选用温度显示装置）
◆加热部采用密集式压载辊，液力整体提升下降。可根据纸板层数电动或手动分段加压，有利于纸板粘合成型。（可选用压力板式加压）
◆冷却部采用密集式托压辊，确保定型质量。
◆上棉织带设有手动纠偏装置，S形棉织带气动张紧装置。（可选用自动纠偏装置）
◆下棉织带采用S形手动纠偏张紧机构，结构简单实用。
◆驱动部采用油浸式密封斜齿轮传动，驱动辊外包耐磨橡胶，降低了运行噪音及提高了棉织带使用寿命。
◆最高速度：150m\min.
◆工作幅宽：1600-2200mm

◆Surface of the Heater plate is grinded:Height 145×width 600;with 10,14,18,20pieces for choice,(Temperature display device for choice)
◆Heating unit adopts concentrated press rollers ;Wholly fluid power rasing and lowering .According to layers of the caredboard ,hand subsection press and electric press are adopted for choice, which is good for the adherence and moulding of the cardboard.(With auto correcting the error device for choice)
◆Cooling unit adopts concentrated press and carrier rollers to make sure of the moulding quality.
◆Hand correcting the error device and S type pneumatic tension device are adopted on the up contton fabric belt;(With auto correcting the error device for choice)
◆S type Hand tension device is adopted ont eh lower cotton fabric belt;with simple and practical structure.
◆Driving unit adopts oiled helical gearing;Driving roller is packaged with wearable rubber, which reduces the noise and improves the service life of the cotton fabric belt.
